Counselling allows people to address a variety of issues and past experiences that mean they are unable to live in creative, meaningful ways. Sometimes these are habits that have become uncontrollable, ways of relating to those we are close too that are causing difficulty, anxiety, depression, and various behaviours that can lead to shame. I work in an integrative way, meaning that I draw on a variety of counselling modalities to best help you address your issues. I believe that through exploring what is concerning you in an open empathic environment where you are taken seriously, shame can be let go of and new ways of living can be found. I have over ten years experience working in a variety of counselling related services, have trained throughout this time in various post graduate programs, and am registered with the International Society of Professiobal Counsellors.
